• Bright apartment on second and third floor of a house. Small shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
• in house washer (no dryer) - laundromat 1 Min walk
• 5 minute walk from two subway stations.
• Dufferin Mall and Walmart/no frills close by
• The room is approx 11x17, big window towards downtown.
• Comes with: closet, twin bed, desk, chair, additional storage, bedsheets and towels if needed.

Looking For:

• someone who is friendly, considerate, quiet and personable.
• Someone clean, easy to communicate with, and respectful of common spaces.
• Ideally looking for someone who is primarily working outside of the home. Heads up: the wifi is not always perfect!!

Please NO:

• pets (we just don’t want them in a shared home)
• sharing (no couples, friends,etc), there is only one washroom for all!
• smoking in the house
• parties

• JR and Andrew, in their early 30’s, male, both very creative and always super busy.
• Both working from home and prefer a quiet and clean roomie, who does their fair share cleaning the common areas.
• we don’t have guests often, other than JR’s girlfriend who’s a regular visitor.
• both like to work out and are big soccer fans.
