I work in healthcare and am in contact with people who are at high risk of health complications, and as such I need a roommate who is vaccinated and follows public health mandates.
The suite as a whole is 2000$ a month (utilities and internet included) My current roommate is a student and only pays 800$ I am willing to go that low for students but otherwise I’ll ask for a minimum of 900$.
