The kitchen, dining room, and washrooms (3 total), are shared between roommates. You will also have access to the house’s large backyard and deck with a fire table, perfect for lounging and summer nights.
Utilities are split amongst rooms (yours and 3 others). Street parking is available although no car is preferred! The house is shared with 2 other upstairs rooms, and one basement roommate.

About the roomies
All roommates are working professionals in their mid-late 20’s. We enjoy the occasional barbeque but mostly stick to ourselves, don’t party, and keep the noise to a minimum.
