Furnished upstairs unit of a raised bungalow with a private, unfurnished bedroom, shared bathroom, and office space. The space is shared with one other person. Located in a central area, close to the river but not backing onto the freeway. Appliances are included, along with in-suite laundry. Wifi and power are not included in the rent. Enjoy access to a backyard with a fire pit and free street parking. No smoking, drug use, or partying permitted inside the rental property.

I’m a 25-year-old female working full-time as a caseworker in a group home. My schedule is 5 days on, 5 days off. I like to keep common areas tidy and am open to setting up a cleaning schedule to share deep cleaning responsibilities. Originally from a small town, I’m a bit of a homebody but enjoy going out from time to time. I value a peaceful, respectful living environment, so I’m looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces. In my free time, I love being outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, learning guitar, and traveling.
