Furnished bi level house to be shared with one person and two dogs. Private room & bath with extra space. Laundry on site and bills are included.

1-I’ve had showings booked, I share the address then no shows/cancellations… Next, suspicious activity at the house.

2-I have cameras on all the entrances, my neighbors have cameras recording & I’ve logged this with the police and am communicating with neighbors.

3-For security: to come or confirm a showing I will need ID verification / a picture of your ID which matches a picture of you & your phone number linked to your name.
