Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 washroom luxury condo by the lake, my current roommate unfortunately has a family situation so is moving out August 9th, so it’s available after then. The condo is overlooking the lake in downtown harborfront area, walkability and bike scores of 9/10 and transit score of 10/10. Very nice safe neighbourhood, and as downtown as it gets, with everything within walking distance, ie a 5 minute walk to Scotia bank arena/ Cn tower/union station etc. Building amenities include 24/7 security and concierge, pool, sauna, gym, media and study rooms etc. Unfortunately no smoking inside, and no couples or pets. Everything has already been furnished, minus your own private room (attached photos are of your private room+ washroom) . Looking for a roommate(could very well end up being friends as well) hopefully around the same age for long-term so not open to anyone looking for something short-term.
