One room available, situated in a quiet neighborhood on the Seymour River near Mount Seymour Parkway exit. Easy access to outdoor trails, local mountains, close to Capilano University and bus routes. Home is fully furnished, except the one large private bedroom for rent. Shared full bathroom (double sinks and lots of cabinet space). Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Large patio and backyard overlooking the river. Lots of natural light in house. Outdoor covered storage available for a bike, or seasonal equipment. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

I am a 39 year old female, working professional in insurance, I work from home full time. Not a partier but enjoys socializing with friends. I love the outdoors, and prefer quiet nights during the week. Looking for another working professional who is mindful/considerate to share the space. I am very clean and would expect you to be as well. Looking for a short term roomie over the fall/winter, preferably someone with a local mountain ski contract. Sorry no pets allowed.
