Home is fully furnished, except the one large private bedroom for rent. Shared full bathroom (double sinks and lots of cabinet space). Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Large patio and backyard overlooking the river. Lots of natural light in house. Outdoor covered storage available for a bike, or seasonal equipment. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
