Bedroom available May 1st. $800/month, utilities included. Shared bathroom. The room is located upstairs is a good size and has a large closet. Furnished with a bed and side table. Another bedroom is available June 1st (Possible early move in around May 20th if needed). $800/month, utilities included. This room is located in the basement and also has a shared bathroom.
Conveniently located in Ranchlands - less than 1 minute to the bus stop, 5min transit to Dalhousie LRT station and Safeway, 7mins driving/25mins on transit to the University of Calgary, 15 min drive to downtown, and 5mins to Crowfoot shopping.
Currently the house is occupied by 3 others. 2 recent grads and 1 masters student. Looking for a clean and respectful roommate.
The common areas are cleaned 1/week on a rotation so you would be expected to help with this by cleaning once every 4 weeks. (it takes less than 1hr)
