Your Room is fully furnished , bed linen supplied ,fridge and coffee dock. It has its own full bathroom across the hall. It has a living area set aside from the bedroom area, Students has use of communal kitchen to prepare meals. Students must do their own grocery shopping no All utilities included. The home is shared with a mum who owns her own business in city and her teenage daughter and 2 quiet dogs and 2 cats. And 2 other exchange students Within walking distance to all universities, shops , bus routes Taking bookings for January 2025 onwards
