Credit report and letter of employment required. 10 postdated cheques or e-transfer of monthly rent to landlord’s account for rest of term. No smoking, drugs, pets, overnight visitors, partying. My husband and I are empty nesters and have lived here for more than 40 years. Home is walking distance to library/community centre/pool, Dollarama discount store, restaurants;10 minute walk to Dufferin and Steeles corner to catch the bus to YorkU and buses to Finch subway (east side) and Sheppard West subway (west side).
