Large 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house, has living room and rec room, comfortable backyard. Room rental only with basics of gas, hydro, water, laundry room, & internet provided. Lock on bedroom door. 1 parking spot in driveway. Live with 2 other people but could become 1 soon. Single occupancy only. Minimal guests. No parties. Must be student or employed outside of the home, no remote workers please with last two good references, 4 paystubs and criminal background check that’s recent. We are on a day schedule so no shift workers please. House is quiet at 11. Students welcome. 15 minute drive to Chatham. No recreational drugs, minimal alcohol. Prefer student or professional minded not working from home, clean, responsible and will share in housework. First and last required.

We have 2 adult male fixed cats. Quiet area. Son could be moving to Windsor soon. You must be clean and polite, no recreational drugs. There is 2 adult male fixed cats so no other pets please.
