-secure underground parking -attached guest bathroom but you can treat it as your own (stall shower plus separate bathtub) -room has 2 closets -furnished common area (you would have to provide your own bedroom furniture) -in suite laundry -AC (unit in bedroom and common area) -solarium -gym -walking trails -close to hwy and bus exchange (20min walk) -close to shops and restaurants -no cable but wifi is good. I have netflix and prime but ideally you would have your own accounts for all the add-on subscriptions etc

-38F single and introverted, like to keep to myself but I have a close group of friends. -vegetarian (will eat fish) -I have one cat and I would hope for a roommate that also likes cats because he is literally my child -clean/tidy, don’t eat a lot of takeout but love sushi. The extent of what I consider cooking is frozen vegetables = stir fry.
-work very early in the morning and go to bed early during the week -hobbies/interests: drawing, crochet, reading, walking, watching movies
