One room available in a 5 bedroom unit, 2 bathrooms, 1 with standing single shower and 1 with a bathtub shower combo. I share with one other girl currently. Very clean space,Big window with new blackout blinds. Hydro is the only bill not included it ranges from 12-26$ extra a month depending on the time of year. The unit also includes A/C and heat. The room is furnished with a loft bed, double mattress, strange shelving, mini fridge, Mirror and black out curtains

Very clean, and nice girls. They are quite close but are open to meeting and getting to know someone new. I’m moving to get my own place. But they are all great!
