Furnished bedroom for rent in a character home, Grand Blvd area, 5 min walk to transit that takes you downtown Vancouver or to the Seabus, CAP U. The bright bed room has lots of windows, single bed, desk, night table, 2 dressers, bistro table and chair, full length mirror and your own fridge. Bathroom is semi/shared but you would have your own shower. Shared kitchen and laundry. Includes wi fi and utilities. Street parking. Non smoking home and we have a coffee sensitivity such that it cant be brewed in the house but if you bring in an iced coffee in a sealed cup/ container from coffee shop that is okay. We love making teas and lattes though!

We are a 50+ mom mainly at home, a 20 yr old creative daughter in university and a friendly cat. We are a kind, considerate and private family that values healthy living. We are a generally quiet home but usually music playing somewhere in the house, or a movie, crafting, reading, exercising, or out for walk in our beautiful neighborhood and we are looking for someone who values the same, as well as good communication. With everyone’s different schedules, we don’t expect to share dinners with you every night, but if it happens, great! Although we have a cat and love them, due to allergies, we cant add another animal. Move in date could be later than February 1st, 2026, we are just looking for a good fit.
