Tamara's room

We have a character home in the Grand Blvd area, with large backyard, 5 min walk to transit that takes you downtown, Seabus or locally. We have a private and bright bed room for rent with lots of windows, storage, single bed, desk, night table, 2 dressers, full length mirror and your own fridge. Bathroom is semi/shared but you would have your own shower. Shared kitchen and laundry. Includes wi fi and utilities. Some garden space available if you like to grow your own veggies! This is a non smoking home and we have a coffee sensitivity such that it cant be brewed in the house but if you bring it in in a sealed cup/ container from coffee shop that is fine.

We are a 50+ mom with a 19 year old creative daughter in university and a friendly cat. We are owners of the home and take pride in its character and not perfect gardens :-) We are a kind, considerate and private family that values healthy living, organic food and gardening. We are a quiet home, not many visitors but usually music playing somewhere in the house, or a movie, and we are looking for someone who values that and good communication. With everyone’s different schedules, we don’t expect to share dinners and activities with you, but if it happens, great! Although we have a cat and love them, my daughter has allergies so unfortunately, we cant add another one. We would prefer a long term agreement. Move in date could be a bit earlier or in August.
