Sheard Residences includes 5 bright, spacious rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. Internet and all utilities are included in the rent. Sheard Residences provide ideal accommodations for post-secondary students, sharing rooms at $750 per person (2 students per room). We strive to ensure a balance among the students to have an agreeable and as harmonious environment as possible.
We’re walking distance from downtown Brampton, Algoma University, and Brampton Innovation District Go and Bus Terminal. There’s also easy access to Humber College North Campus, Sheridan College, Trios, Acumen and more via bus.
Current availability:
*Extra large room shared with one female student - $750. One space available.
*Large private room with ensuite - 2 students -$750 each (siblings or friends) or 1 student - $1300.
*Will consider female single parent, who is an international student with a child no older than 6 years.
In shared spaces, each student has privacy, their own bed, closet, desk, hamper etc.
*No accommodation is available for couples at this time. *No smoking on premises and no pets indoors to help maintain an allergen free environment.
