Beautiful townhouse built in 2021 located in Willoughby Langley. All new appliances and in house washer/dryer. The room for rent is the downstairs room with its own walk out to the backyard and seating area as well as its own bathroom. The room comes fully furnished, however if you would like to bring your own furniture, we can move the current furniture out as well. The house is located in a super safe neighbourhood close to walking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and only a 2 minute walk to carvolth bus exchange. Rent is $1100 per month with a deposit of $400 and and all utilities are included (hydro, natural gas, electricity, wifi, and strata fees)

People living in the house include me, a 4th year TWU student (female), and my two roommates (both female). One is a current TWU student but graduating this semester and the other is a former TWU student who now works as a teacher in the community. I know I’m biased, but I think we’re a pretty cool group and we’d love to have another roomie who is down to have movie nights with us:)
