Two shared living rooms with TV/ Xbox, gym area (strength & stretch + rowing machine), fully equipped kitchen & laundry, backyard patios/ barbecue, dining room, storage (garage/ attic). Three-storey detached heritage house in a safe and friendly neighbourhood.
Large and beautiful front and back yard with multiple outdoor seating areas on a sunny and tended property. You can join us to grow some of your own plants or vegetables in our yard.
Free parking on the street, access to bike/ garage storage if needed.
Utilities included (high-speed internet, gas & hydro).

Two high school teenagers (14 and 16 y/o), here half-time + two large dogs (Bernese/collie and Boxer/retriever). One of our dogs can be reactive to other pets, so if you have one we would have to assess their fit.
We like to take our dogs for hikes, watch shows, play Xbox/ online games/ board games and talk about life and our latest obsessions.
We mostly eat home-cooked meals, and take turns cooking and doing the daily chores. We prefer someone who would enjoy sharing this lifestyle.
