Two shared living rooms with TV/ Xbox, gym area (strength & stretch + rowing machine), fully equipped kitchen & laundry, backyard patios/ barbecue, dining room, storage (garage/ attic). Three-storey detached heritage house in a safe and friendly neighbourhood.
Large and beautiful front and back yard with multiple outdoor seating areas on a sunny and tended property. You can join us to grow some of your own plants or vegetables in our yard.
Free parking on the street, access to bike/ garage storage if needed.
Utilities included (high-speed internet, gas & hydro).
Close to public transit, Lonsdale restaurants, shops, parks and green forest walks.
No smoking or parties.

52 y/o mother working partially from home as a therapist, supporting people around relationships. Bilingual (Swedish/ English). Hobbies include playing pickleball, choir, dance, camping, kayaking.
30 y/o emerging media & podcasting professional. Bilingual (Spanish/ English). Hobbies include the gym, networking, DIY wood work.
Two high school teenagers (14 and 16 y/o), here half-time + two large dogs (Bernese/collie and Boxer/retriever). One of our dogs can be reactive to other pets, so if you have one we would have to assess their fit.
We like to take our dogs for hikes, watch shows, play Xbox/ online games/ board games and talk about life and our latest obsessions.
We mostly eat home-cooked meals, and take turns cooking and doing the daily chores. We prefer someone who would enjoy sharing this lifestyle.
We like people that are flexible, easy-going, collaborative, caring and prefer someone that would like to engage in and take part in our wonderfully quirky chosen family. -Finding the right fit is a priority over dates and rent$, so we meet on the phone and in person before showing our home.
