Two shared living rooms with TV/ Xbox, gym area (strength & stretch + rowing machine), fully equipped kitchen & laundry, backyard patios/ barbecue.
Three-storey detached heritage house in a safe and friendly neighbourhood.
Large and beautiful front and back yard with multiple outdoor seating areas on a sunny and tended property. You can join us to grow some of your own vegetables in our yard.
Stacked twin beds could be separated to sleep two ($500 a month for additional load on shared facilities).
Free parking on the street, access to bike/ garage storage if needed.
Utilities included (high-speed internet, gas & hydro).
Close to public transit, Lonsdale restaurants, shops, parks and green forest walks.
No smoking or parties.

Two high school teenagers (14 and 16 yo), here half-time.
Two large dogs (Bernese/collie and Boxer/retriever)
We like to take our dogs for hikes, watch shows, play Xbox/ online games/ board games and talk about life and our latest obsessions.
We mostly eat home-cooked meals, and have a schedule where we take turns cooking and doing the daily chores. We would prefer someone who would enjoy this.
We like people that are flexible, easy-going, collaborative, and caring.
We prefer someone that would like to engage in and take part in our wonderfully quirky chosen family. Finding the right fit is our top priority.
