I have an opening for a roommate as of May 1st. 800 a month.

I am renting a bedroom in my apartment.

The room is very large and has a walk in closet big enough to double as a office space.

I am not looking for couples. No smokers, no hard drinkers.

I am looking for a male roommate between 19-30 years old who is respectful, quiet, clean and financially responsible.

I am a quiet person and I keep a clean apartment. I am into gaming, I work in Film Production and I play card games like Magic the Gathering. I am big into cooking and I have everything a person needs to cook. I am fine with sharing dishes and stuff.

I have a cat so you must be okay with that.

You must have first and last month’s rent before moving in.

The unit has a dishwasher and multiple closets. The building has the following in it: A fully equipped gym A Rentable Party Room A Games room with a pool table, poker table and a foosball table. All 3 rooms have big screen TV’s in them.

All utilities except Internet are covered, Your half of the internet would be 50$.

I work in film production, I’m very clean and quiet. I have a pet cat who is also very quiet.
