About the room
The apartment is in a very nice area with grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, a gym etc. It is very close to the Blue Line station (west curve station) 5 minutes walking. The apartment has big windows guaranteeing natural lightness. Parking is available for $50/month. The interested need to book a visit with me, and then I will send their information for approval by Avenue Living (responsible for the apartment). After approval, the person will be inserted on the lease with me, we can discuss these details together. We can also discuss the security deposit to adjust the amount if you need.
About the roomies
This is Victor Brusin, a Ph.D. student at the University of Calgary. I am 28 years old. I work part-time as a Motivator at Good Life Fitness. I am respectful, and open-minded, and I do physical activities (workouts, hiit, and spin) everyday. Also, I love to hang out with my friends at restaurants, board games, and head to some parties on weekends. You are welcome to know my friends as well.
