Eva's room

A very large, single furnished room is available in a large 1940’s house in Saanich. We are a considerate and friendly household, I am looking for a responsible and friendly female to join us.

The house is on a quiet street off Admirals Rd, on bus routes 14, 24 and 25. Walking distance to Admirals Walk shopping area. The house is very private: situated on an acre, surrounded by trees and gardens, with lots of space and some views of portage inlet. House privileges includes 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, gardens, laundry room, hot tub, all utilities including Wi-Fi. The bedroom (size: 12’9“ x 19’5“) is up one flight of stairs and has a double bed, closet, dresser, desk, desk lamp, mirror, chair, carpet. Storage and other furnishings can be provided as required.

No pets, no drugs and no smoking please. Shorter-term (a few months) can be accommodated

The current roomies consist of the owner (female, working part-time from home, 50’s) and a female university student (20’s). We are very friendly and considerate, we clean up after ourselves and expect the same in return.
