Laura's room

I have a 2 bedroom townhouse with one large bedroom to rent (16’ x 11’). There are 3 1/2 bathrooms in the house, so you’d have one large one of your own. It has a finished basement that you’d also have use of (additional sofa and t.v.). There is also an underground parking spot (walkout from the basement). We would share the kitchen and laundry facilities. Complex also has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very close to Bruce Trail access points and the QEW/403. Non-smoking, dog-lovers only.

I have a small rescue dog (20 pounds). I’m a teacher so I’m gone during the day. I’m very quiet and a non-smoker. I don’t have parties here. My home is my sanctuary (work is loud, busy, and tiring, so I need tranquility here!). I’m a vegetarian but am ok with you cooking meat as long as the smell isn’t too strong (if you cook liver or lamb, those will not be a good fit for me).
