About the room
It’s a two bedroom apartment; dishwasher, laundry and a parking spot inside a heated garage. Rent is 900 a month not including electricity or internet which we would split evenly (it’s usually about 90$). Deposit is 900 for the room and 150 for the electric key fob. Apartment is furnished but the room is not. In the pictures the room currently has a queen bed in it.
About the roomies
I am 32 and I work retail part time and I’m a student at the u of c. I’m pretty clean, fairly organized, and I know how to respect personal boundaries. It’s a pretty quiet building and I’m fairly quiet myself. I like to knit/crochet and watch terrible tv. I’m looking for someone who has lived with roommates before
