Unfurnished small bedroom for one person. Shared large bathroom, kitchen, common room and laundry. No parking, unfortunately, as we all have cars and the driveway is full. Rent includes wifi. Hydro and gas is usually every two months, split with the unit next door, bills are usually sent mid-month. Landlord requires credit check and proof of employment.

House is located in downtown Chilliwack. Gas stations, pizza, grocery, bus all within walking distance.

House shared with three other roomies; myself (23), my partner (27), and his brother (25). We like video games, DnD, movie marathons, snacks, sleeping, and books! We DON’T like and will not tolerate: racism, sexism, pro-lifers, homophobia, transphobia, or country music.
