About the room
One private unfurnished bedroom in a large home available in Leslie Valley neighbourhood of Newmarket. House is shared with two laid-back full-time working professionals and a dog (not cat tested). Bathroom is shared with one of the roommates. All utilities and wifi are included in the rent.
House comes with plenty of communal space (two living rooms/dining area), front porch, back deck, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. No smoking is permitted on the property.
