I am trying to find a roommate who’s responsible, clean, chill and trustworthy.

This room is available from 1st of Nov. The duration of stay can be discussed. I am looking for someone willing to stay for at least 6 months. This location is nearby 2 Skytrain stations - 22nd Street Station and New Westminster Station. It’s Approx. 6 min by #112 Bus or car.

Within walking distance to Walmart, Anytime Fitness Gym, Save-On-Foods and Douglas College and Moody Park (awesome Tennis courts)
