UTILITIES EXTRA - Includes High speed internet, Laundry in house ( not shared and no limits on use), Hydro, water,etc. Billed every month and will be split equally 4 ways.
LOCATION - Bus stop right Infront of our house! Easy access to loads of amenities 5-10mins walk. Kennedy Commons,Metro, Walmart, No Frills , etc.
NO Parking NO Pets - Unless it is something small and can be kept only in your room.
REQUIRED - 1st and Last month’s rent to be paid in advance. Month to month after. Students and New comers also welcome.
