Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful brand new never lived in large 1 Bedroom Condo in the heart of village (Church and Wellesley) within walking distance to large number of amenities and universities (Walk score of 99).

The condo is currently unfurnished, however I can provide nice queen size bed if necessary. As I live outside of Toronto you will have the whole unit of 800 Sq Feet with 2 walkouts to balcony of 157 Sq Ft to yourself majority of the times (9/10). 9 foot smooth ceiling, modern finishing’s thru-out, top of the line Appliances , floor to ceiling windows, 4-Burner cast iron gas cooktop, 24““ combo oven, grill & microwave, 24““ integrated refrigerator with bottom freezer, front-load washer & dryer, balcony gas line. High floor with unobstructed South facing view of CN tower.

The room which will fit queen size bed and has a large mirrored closet will be yours only as Im looking for couch surfing for myself at my own place handful of days in a month as I have to be DT Toronto in the office only 1 day a week (usually Thursdays -subject to change).
