Please, No smokers/vapers of anything, including marijuana. Close to amenities, parks, shopping and public transit. The furnished room includes a large table, mini fridge, chair and bed; you will be responsible for your lines and pillows.

Your roommates are two Golden Retrievers and working professionals, as well as a couple of cats, so you should be pet-friendly. ODSP friendly. The room is ideal for a person who has a busy schedule and requires a safe, quiet, and respectful place to relax, chill and sleep.
