One private bedroom (11β 6β x 21β 6β - approx 250 sq ft) available, in a three bedroom lower level, for a non-smoking male. The kitchenette is a shared space, with the basement bathroom being shared with two other male tenants.
Entrance to the lower level is through the main-floor kitchen. Front door lock is a personal code for access. Bus routes 3 & 5 are a short walk to stops on Clarke Road and Gore Road. Connect with us regarding parking.
Tenants have use of a new washer & dryer pair, located in the basement kitchenette. Toaster oven, kettle, and dual-burner hot-plate available. Large fridge shared with only one other tenant.
Lower-level is a renovated space with large egress windows, insulated interior walls and spray foam insulated exterior walls. Two-stage furnace keeps spaces warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
The locking solid-core doors on bedrooms provide for privacy & a quieter space. A monthly cleaning service for the hallway and shared bathroom. Room is available month to month.

About the roomies
We live upstairs, with 2 awesome kids (ages 12+11), 2 cats and cute bunnies. A roomie has been with us for over 2 years, and another moved in more recently.
