Looking for a roommate to share a kitchen, laundry room and living room in a large semi detached home (2000 sq feet) in North York close to TTC, subway, parks, schools and Yorkdale mall. Tenant would have their own bedroom and washroom.

I’m looking to rent to another professional woman who is single, widowed or divorced. If it’s a student, other eligibility would be required. A strong credit score is also beneficial.
