Shared kitchen upstairs be shared with the owners (in twenties/thirties, multiple small dogs - must love dogs). 6 months lease to start, then extension can be available. Parking, high speed internet and utilities are included.

This house is located within walking distance to walking trails, Costco/Thrifty Foods, Milano/Starbucks/Tims, and major bus routes. It is 5 minutes walk to North Island Hospital Comox Valley, and 6 minutes walk to North Island College. Mature, clean, responsible, respectful people only. Looking for someone that is similar lifestyle and age range. It is a quiet home, but we also like to have occasional social nights with board game and drinks. No smoking or vaping on the property.
