We have a room available on the top floor. There is a double bed, a standing closet and a small night stand in the room. You would be sharing the bathroom with three other people. Internet is an extra $20 paid to one of the other tenants in the unit. All other utilities are included in the $550. There is laundry in the bottom floor. Wash is $1, dryer is free. The house is located in McKernan Community just eight blocks south of U of A Campus and Whyte Avenue. And only four blocks from McKernan/ Belgravia LRT and the #4 bus route. No pets allowed. No smoking in the house.

Currently there is a couple in their twenties. They are students and work part time. The other is a gentleman in his forties. He works day shift.
