BASEMENT BEDROOM: Private room with Double bed, desk, basement window. Outside of your bedroom is a semi private bathroom and shower, one of the three washrooms in the house. The space beyond your bedroom door means this rental feels more spacious than the upstairs middle room because you are alone in the basement 98% of the time and there is a private entrance if you choose. Please note: You really can’t be taller than 5“10.
UPSTAIRS MIDDLE ROOM: Cozy room with a double bed and a desk, you will share the top floor with 2 masters students. A great place to get work done. On this floor is a modern marble bathroom with a beautiful spa like shower.
