Located in Glenbrook, residential neighbourhood in the south-west quadrant. Close to amenities (Co-op grocery store, Canadian Tire, West Hills shopping plaza, Cineplex, banks, etc. public transportation, Sarcee and Stony Trail. 5 min by car from the Mount Royal University (10 min bike, 25 min public transport.) 13 min by car from downtown (Calgary Tower). Bus stops N° 6, 22, 93 to downtown (bus 93, 10 min from 45th street C-train station). Looking for a quiet and responsible person to rent a furnished and bright bedroom (natural light) on the second floor. Preferable a student or full time worker. The area is quiet with a nice green space and trees.

I am an easy going person, friendly and respectful. I enjoy interesting conversations (age doesn’t matter) about life, experiences travelling, etc. but I enjoy my space and alone time too (ambivert). Occasionally host some friends. I’m 44 y/o, Chilean - Canadian, father of two children (they don’t live with me) I work for the government and I am a responsible and honest person.
