Shayne's room

Single bedroom available in town. Recently painted with new flooring. Parking isn’t an issue with space for 6 vehicles. A full kitchen and 3 pc bathroom that will be primarily for use of the tenant, (the primary bedroom has an ensuite). 1500 sqft unfinished basement for storage and rec room potential.

The roommate will be myself, Shayne. I am a hardworking, organized and detail oriented professional, working as Rental Manager currently. This role entails working from home quite often.

I am also a volunteer firefighter for the Township of Muskoka Lakes, and will likely be doing some side work as I have a background in Architectural design as well.

I am a fun-loving and easy going guy, but will not tolerate messy or lazy individuals and will speak my mind if something isn’t sitting right.

Preferably I would like to find someone who is passionate about what they do for work and has their priorities in check. You can drink, smoke, invite friends over, but respecting one another and our neighbors comes first in this space.
