Bright & clean apartment with a great view overlooking the city. Close to downtown, grocery stores, the rec center and walking trails. There is a bus stop about 10 feet from the parking lot of the building. Available laundry, friendly neighbors and a quiet building.

The room for rent is on the smaller side and comes furnished. (Bed, bedding, cube storage , side table etc)

I have 3 indoor/outdoor cats, so it’s great if you like cats but unfortunately - it’s a full house as far as additional pets go.

Rent is all in as far as Hydro and internet. I’m showing the room March 15 and 16 for immediate move in or March 31st. Any date between the 15-31 is fine for move in, rent will be adjusted accordingly.

*This is a no drugs, no partying & generally not a hard drinking home Cannabis is the exception and smoking cigarettes outside is ok too.
