The room for rent is on the smaller side and can be furnished if you need. (Bed, bedding, dresser, side table etc)

I have 3 indoor/outdoor cats, so it’s great if you like cats but unfortunately - it’s a full house as far as additional pets go.

Rent is all in as far as Hydro and internet. ( Move in Nov 1 $700 + deposit)

*This is a no drugs, no partying & generally no drinking home Cannabis is the exception and smoking cigarettes outside is ok too.
