We are a friends (Males & F over 30), seeking to share our 3 level home with ONE very tidy and organized, mature professional person (preferably employed OUTSIDE the house), someone who would like a real home, with responsible, self-aware, healthy housemates. We have the ideal space for an easy going, no drama, community-minded, emotionally and financially secure individual, who is willing to contribute to keeping the house beautiful and functional.
We share weekly chores (vacuuming, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways), snow shovelling in winter, lawn mowing in summer.
The house is in an upscale residential neighbourhood on a quiet cul-de-sac.
LOCATION: Close to Lougheed Mall (and Skytrain Station). Coquitlam. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Lougheed Skytrain Station. 10 minute drive to Boundary Rd., (Vancouver), 10 minute drive to Burnaby, 10 minutes to New West.
