Available January 2025. $700/monthly paid the first of each month. Utilities/internet, included. All bedrooms and laundry room are located on the second floor of a detached house in Walden, Calgary SE.

Looking for a responsible, non smoker, sober and LGBTQ friendly roommate. House is in a quiet cul-du-sac: there is driveway (outdoor) parking available, and if you don’t drive, it is located 5 minutes walk to route 167 bus stop, 15 minutes ride to Somerset-Bridlewood C-Train station. Grocery stores, banks within walking distance.

We are non-smokers, sober (no alcohol at home), vegetarian (no cooking pork/bacon/beef house but take out is ok, we do have two fridges one for vegan roommates and one allowing chicken on it no pork/bacon no beef); no drugs and no party house. Quiet time from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Therefore, we are looking for quiet sober, non smoker and responsible roommates. Vegetarian and LGTBQ friendly preferred.
