We are 2/3 mins away from the bus stop that will take you to Somerset Bridlewood station. There is a gym/dentist/Sobeys/Shoppers Drug Mart about 15 mins away by walking. You can park car on the street for free and there is washer and dryer in unit. WIFI and Utilities are all included. Common areas like living room, bonus room, kitchen are all free to use. I have one 9 year old cat. You will have your own private bedroom and a shared washroom.

I am a middle aged woman who works night shifts 3 times a week, and would need a roommate who is respectful of quiet hours and clean with common spaces. I keep to myself and will not bother you, but would prefer to have a good relationship with my roommate. I speak Mandarin and decent English. There is one other woman in her 60s who will be staying until end of July.
