I have 3 cats. Looking for a reliable professional female to rent a small room of my penthouse condo near the bluffs. She must not he allergic to cats and have no animals of her own. I am a non-smoker and prefer my prospective roomie to be a non smoker as well. I love to cook though I’m not at home often. I am employed full time and currently looking to complete my masters. So I appreciate someone who can appreciate my privacy.
