About the room
Semi-furnished lockable bedroom in a two bedroom duplex. Currently unfurnished. Close to amenities on Dawson Rd. and one block to 3C bus stop. Shared kitchen, living, and bathroom. All utilities included (within reasonable use) including gigabit Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free use of laundry.
Non-smoking and not cannabis friendly. Ideal tenant should be clean. No parties due to noise restrictions with the shared wall to the other side of the duplex.
Pets welcome if litter/house trained and not noisy; large fenced backyard w/ firepit and shed space available. Uncovered driveway parking. 10-15 minutes to Lakehead University by car or bike.
Billing monthly on the 1st of each full month stayed, otherwise weekly.
About the roomies
Shared with one roommate being the owner of the house (myself). Work-from-home currently and generally in bed before midnight. Quiet, clean, and (occasionally) cooks.
