Rent is $100 including internet and air-condition (Heat and AC), In-suite laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, party room, tennis court, live security, 3-elevators, Tennis court, Balcony (east Facing), so plenty of sunlight. You will get a Semi-furnished room with a mattress and bed (queen), lights. there are 2 near by bus stop at 2-minute walk. Bridlewood (walkable) and Agincourt Mall (2 KM). Seneca College and Centennial collage very close and U of T Scarborough campus. I’m very clean and friendly person. Available from February 15 for short or long term. No Pet, Non-Smoking
