You would also have your own living space on the main floor so we can each have our own “living room” for down time.

House is close to Restaurants/Italian Centre/Kingsway with expansive bike infrastructure providing 8 min bike to downtown or 5 min drive. Really close to Nait and Royal Alexandra Hospital.

I’m a respectful, introverted, work from home musician turned software product manager. I’m generally quiet and keep to myself but I enjoy socializing once in a while. I’ve had roommates for over 15 years in the past and am all about respecting other’s space. My preference is to have a roomie that does not work from home.
