The room is available only December to June 30, 2025. The owner/tenent will be away on and off for long periods ,January to June. Meaning that for most of the time there is no one there. One of my family will be by dropping by at times. Location and high end hotel style amenities is the focus. This is a roommate agreement. Offered is one private room with a private bathroom/shower.A private room /no windows at the front of the apartment with a private bathroom across the hall. Access allowed of the washer/dryer. Please be advised that there is an agreement that there will be no smoking or vaping allowed . This is a non smoking, non vaping building .Parking is available. $250 per month or $200 per month for a long period . No pets. Due to the small size of the room . The agreement is for one person to have usage . It is strongly stated , that only two persons maximum are allowed in the rental space at any given time .
The other Tenant is a middle aged male . The tenant will be away most of the time traveling from January to June. Noise level is low , non smoker . That agrees with moderate-low noise levels and does not smoke or vape in the room, balcony or building .
