Shared kitchen and eating breafast area, driveway and outdoor space. Parking on street available.

I am a 50 year old female. I have one other room rented to another female. I am easy going, well organized and clean and tidy but not a super clean freak. Lol! I work from home 3 days a week and have my own private office space. I have a cat and a dog and smoke outside or in the garage. I love to garden and crafts.
