Steps to trails and parks and convenience store. Shared bathroom for now on upper level, however adding an additonal bathroom in the near future in the basement level for me. Shared kitchen and eating breafast area, driveway and outdoor space. Parking on street available.

I am a 50 year old female. I have one other room rented to another female. I am easy going, well organized and clean and tidy but not a super clean freak. Lol! I work from home 3 days a week and have my own private office space. I have a cat and a dog and smoke outside or in the garage. I love to garden and crafts.
