The place is between downtown Campbell River and Willow Point.
I have a 2 bedroom apartment very close to Rotary Beach Park. I am looking for a long term adult, communicative and honest roommate. NO illegal or legal hard drugs or tobacco, but occasional drinkers or 420 types are ok. Seriously, no hard drugs, legal or not. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property at all. We need, ideally, to meet and have a chat in person first, at least a video chat. If you are willing to work around my lifestyle and schedule and just use the one big bedroom, well sound proofed, then maybe we can talk about lower rent.
I will take students if the term is long enough, I have had some temporary roommates but the place should still be available September as I don’t expect to find someone for August now.
Everything is negotiable about how we share the space and how long you expect to stay, but 3 month minumum occupancy is preffered. I am not here to solve your short term problems. I am trying to make this place a tiny community, so we need to share some interests and values, ideally.
