The place is between downtown Campbell River and Willow Point.

I have a year lease on a 2 bedroom apartment very close to Rotary Beach Park. I am looking for a mature and gentle long-term roommate. NO illegal or legal hell drugs or tobacco, but a beer and a bit of pot are ok. Seriously, no hard drugs, legal or not. No smoking or vaping on the property at all. We need to meet and have a chat in person first. You have to apply to the management company. There is another $30 for insurance you have to get for yourself, and to secure the place I need a damage deposit of $450 up front after approval.

Please, please, please, only reach out if you are serious. I have had too many time wasters who flake out or people lying their way in. I am offering a home here, but we need to work together to make it one. No pets, sorry. This is long term. I am not here to solve your short-term housing needs, so if you can’t commit to 6 months at least, don’t apply.
