About the room
Great room right in the middle of Downtown, in one of the best places there are (Aura building), quite safe and with a mall and subway station downstairs, also one of the best gyms in Toronto (included w/ the rent).
It is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor, it is also a corner unit so the views are unmatched. You will stay in one of the rooms and have your own bathroom, there’s also a Den that you can use as you wish, ideal for people who work from home.

About the roomies
I am the only other person living at the place. I’m a quiet, clean professional working at Uni of Toronto for the most part of the day then come home to wind down.
Common rules are the usual, keep areas clean, observe quiet hours, etc…
