Two rooms available in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom suite. I have a small hypoallergenic dog, so you must be a dog lover. There is a kitchen and large living room but the whole place is unfurnished so far, other than kitchen appliances. I plan to add furniture over time, but if you have it, it’s welcome. There is a washer and dryer downstairs, and a shared outside area with a covered patio and a garden.
So far I am the only roomie :) I am a 2nd year TRU social work student who is very introverted. I love to cook, I am pretty clean, and I will mostly hide in my room. The property owners live in the suite right beside the unit with a shared wall. They are a very nice and easy going family.
