Rue De Rushbrooke

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood in Verdun, it is very quite and peaceful. The metro station and the grocery store are both located two minutes away from the building. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and can be locked from both the inside and outside for privacy. The kitchen/living room area is spacious and equipped with appliances and a tv. There is only one bathroom in the apartment that is shared between all the roommates.

*Some of the furniture in the room did not come with the apartment and is on sale by the roommate that is leaving (desk, chair and white shelf) if you are interested.

🌱Hi folks, We’re torn between being a little sad that our great roommate is leaving, and excited to welcome a new member to our little home.

🏡You’ll be living with 2 lovely individuals, a girl from Spain and one from Italy in their twenties with diverse personalities and hobbies but a shared interest in creating a warm and welcoming home. Everyone keeps busy with work or uni, but we like to enjoy spending time together watching movies, chatting or making plans together.

We have a good atmosphere at home, we get along great and we have a lot of fun together!

It is important that you can comfortably speak English as this is our common language in the house. If you have a cat that’s a plus 💕
