About the room
I have a beautiful 1 bedroom with your own private bathroom; brand new mattress, bedding (if needed), new carpet, freshly painted, 40” TV that includes basic cable, with Apple TV box, also a study desk, shared kitchen, and living room.
If you have a car there’s parking on the street, if you don’t have a car there’s a bus stop very close, taking you to all prime location. Includes all utilities and high speed internet.
Ideal roommate: All i ask is that you’re clean and somewhat organized, respect me, my place and my cats.
I will also require $500 damage deposit, fully refundable provided there’s no damage.
